Rob was a co-founder and key product designer for a multi-million dollar software product used by the healthcare industry. He has been a successful owner and operator of two companies that are still in operation. Rob co-founded Visualize Health out of his expertise with medical practices across the country, consulting for them in clinical and operations workflow and reporting, and enabling their success in ACO and other value-based payment model contracts.
For the past decade, Ken has held leadership positions in healthcare organizations, specializing in the design and implementation of strategic plans which accelerate performance and create value for patients, health plans, IPAs, physicians, hospital systems, and investors. Ken has experience in clinical practice, leading physician groups, managed care, accountable care organizations, clinical re-design to achieve high quality care, development & implementation of equitable healthcare models, physician compensation, global contracting, and start-ups.
David leads Visualize Health’s technology planning and implementation, including industrial-strength healthcare analytics processing, reporting and visualization. Building upon an extensive background in IT and software development, David has spent the past decade implementing customized technologies to facilitate client and business goals. He brings to the healthcare technology field a cross-section of experience from many different industries, including building mission-critical applications in the public safety, insurance, publishing, government and payment processing fields.
As Co-Founder, Richard leads the company in all aspects of business operations. His responsibilities include the development of information systems, operational work-flows, policies and procedures as well as the delivery of these solutions into client organizations. Prior to co-founding Visualize Health, Richard worked on the business office and revenue cycle side of healthcare operations. As Founder and President of Insight Healthcare Financials, Inc., Richard provided cash-flow solutions for both commercial and healthcare businesses. Richard was selected as one of The Tennessean’s inaugural “Top 40 under 40.”
Rob has spent the past 20 years in various sectors of healthcare development in mergers and acquisitions. Within this experience, there has been a heavy concentration of syndication and joint venture work with physicians where Rob has raised close to $100 million in equity from doctors in over 50 joint ventures primarily in the surgery center and hospital sectors with such companies at LifePoint Hospitals, Ambulatory Surgical Centers of America (ASCOA) and Symbion (now known as Surgery Partners). Prior to entering Healthcare, Rob was involved in the investment and securities field with Merrill Lynch and Equitable Securities. Rob holds Series 7, 22 and 63 FINRA Securities licenses, is a native Nashvillian and a graduate of Belmont University.
Product Owner of Analytics
Fletcher Watson joined the Visualize Health team in March of 2017 as a SQL developer, where he learned the ropes of the VHealth application from the data side of the business, and provided technical support to the small but growing customer base. Since then he has transitioned into a Product Owner role, where he oversees internal projects from formation to completion by assuring that customer exceptions are understood and met in a timely and efficient manner. His core technical responsibilities are to onboard new clients and secure the connections to their databases, to maintain those connections and make sure that clients’ data are extracted and reprocessed nightly, to convert CMS measure specifications to C# code which is used to process all patient populations, and to generate custom reports for clients when necessary.
Ian focuses on developing new software and administrative tools for Visualize Health. Ian has a diverse development background, having worked on projects involving eCommerce, the music industry, and live sports. With an emphasis on reliability and extensibility Ian develops software with the future in mind, using industry best practices to ensure code is easily maintainable and expandable. A focus on testability speeds up the development cycle, ensuring new features don’t break old functionality. The end result is a set of stable and robust tools to help clients get the most out of Visualize Health.
Braton joined the Visualize Health team in 2017 as a project manager and client-facing support representative. He handles customer requests, provides Tier 1 support to clients as well as manages timelines and deliverables throughout the VHealth Implementation process. He has managed teams and maximized results in multiple different industries and settings, beginning with the US Navy as a flight deck coordinator, Logistics Management with UPS, and Logistics Coordinator for a local critical power/Data Infrastructure company. Braton’s focus in his continuing education following his active duty time has been in management and communication. He continues to serve in the U.S. Navy Reserve and is an active participant and board member in the Franklin Noon Rotary Club as well as Friends of Franklin Parks.
CMS Program Specialist
In her previous roles as an award-winning teacher and veteran construction project manager, Greta built relationships and success with the people she served while pursuing a fascination for technology in her spare time. Through independent projects and individual courses in MTSU’s Computer Information Systems department, she learned how to plan, scaffold, and construct software applications. When the opportunity arose to attend Nashville Software School, Greta decided to build on her previous skills and pursue a new path in Software Development full time. As the newest addition to the development team at Visualize Health, Greta specializes in application troubleshooting, feature development for the Visualize Health solution, research study measure development, MIPS measure development and maintenance, and measure auditing for MIPS submissions. In her role as a MIPS Consultant, she helps clients with MIPS measure documentation research and assists the Visualize Health team with QCDR reports and compliance.
Jessica’s role as a Case Manager is to assume responsibility for an assigned population of high risk patients, with the objective of improving health outcomes as well as providing patients with compassion, support, and being a reliable source to meet their health needs. She has 17 years of experience in the medical profession and have worked in a variety of different nursing environments. Jessica strives to build a lasting relationship with patients and make them feel valued and cared for.
Chelli serves as our General Counsel. Chelli has 15 years experience as corporate counsel, with an emphasis in the field of pharmaceuticals and healthcare. She provides legal advice, writes and negotiates our legal documents and works to protect the company’s interest while achieving fair resolution for all parties.
Paul’s roles include developing channel partner opportunities and product strategy for Visualize Health. During his career, Paul has worked in a variety of industries, always focusing on ways to expand value and build partnership results. This journey has taken Paul through a number of roles and organizations, from entrepreneur to executive in family owned businesses and global corporations. For the last decade, he developed and delivered products and services to support medical providers. In his non-working life, Paul enjoys spending time with his family and talking about old-time hockey.
